Fantastic rates. The best thing about them is that they don't raise rates on you. Once you get a rate, it's locked in. Their customer service is also really good. They all spoke good English and I wasn't stuck on hold forever.

They run my credit check without noticed on their website during application! After they hard pull my credit record they decline my application. This is so awful! Never trust this company! They don't have right to pull my credit report!

    Our company was contacted by a National Processing account executive named Ryan **. We were sent over an application, as well as an identification verification. After completing the verification, we tried to email Ryan ** the same day due to issues filling out the application. For two weeks we have been trying to email and we never get a response. The sense we're starting to get is it's a scam and they trying to steal identity information. If that's not the case, it then becomes a case of the worst customer service we've ever experienced with any merchant or bank. We DO NOT recommend doing business with this company or filling out an application with them.

    I had a very bad experience with National Processing. My account exec. promised me 3% Surcharge and .10 cents for swiped debit cards. As it turned out the company offers 3% surcharge and 1% for swiped debit. When I called to discuss the problem I was ghosted by Account exec and manager. The account was rushed to get set and was also incorrectly set up. I told the account exec several times I wanted to be invoiced, it didn't happen. To say the least National Processing has many problems and I would look elsewhere.

    They claim to have the lowest rates but when you receive a billing statement, you will be in awe of how many charges they can dream up of to charge you. In the end you will pay 5-6% on your credit card charges. Switched to a flat-fee solution and absolutely love it. Would never consider these crooked processors again.

There are also couple of processing companies with similar names at National Processing LLC so it is also possible you were boarded with one of them.     Horrible company. Very unprofessional. They will close your account and hold your funds for no reason, Mary from operations is horrible. Stay away. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is absolutely no right at all what they did.
