Who I Am and What I Do
Hi my name is Lisa. I’ve been a professional Reiki Therapist since 2021. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and am dedicated to helping my patients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. Time and again I have seen the incredible healing power of my treatments.
When I'm not working with clients, you can find me screaming the loudest at my daughter's softball game, enjoying a delicious cup of coffee, or making beautiful memories with my family.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
How long is a reiki session?
A session typically lasts between 30 minutes and 1 hour. This includes treatment plus pre-session and post-session consultations.
Is it possible to do a virtual reiki session?
Yes. Reiki can be administered rom a different physical space and time frame and still be extremely effective.

What should I expect during a reiki session?
Common feelings include tingling, warmth, and deep relaxation. It is also common to become so relaxed that you may fall asleep during your session.
How should I prepare for my reiki session?
The only thing a reiki session requires is for you to be in a quiet spot and wearing comfortable clothes. Since the sessions are done virtually, you can feel free to lie down on your couch or bed for the session.
How long do the effects of a reiki session last?
The positive effects of reiki energy will usually for approximately 24 hours
Do I need to do anything after my reiki session?
No. There are not any restrictions after a reiki session. The only thing I suggest is that you stay well hydrated and pay attention to any emotions or feelings that come up for you.
